Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like to exchange your blanket for a different color or pattern, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your Big Blanket in its original packaging or a sturdy box of similar size.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
